Your information. Your choices.

Help4Marriages is an educational resource from Dr Cheryll Holmes. Last updated September 13, 2026.

What the guide form collects

When email delivery is available, the form collects your email address, optional first name, selected email choices and a broad referral source, such as YouTube. It records the request and confirmation times and the consent wording version. Please do not submit details about your marriage or another person.

What you receive

The guide request permits one delivery email. Four additional daily emails require an optional choice and email confirmation. They include information about the planned 21-day program. Opening notices require a separate waiting-list choice. Choices are never preselected.

Delivery and storage

The site uses Cloudflare infrastructure to store signup and consent records, and Resend for email delivery when connected. Delivery records include message status and failures. We do not sell your information or add advertising pixels or open-tracking images to these messages. Infrastructure providers may process technical request data to operate and secure their services.

A temporary, coded network identifier limits repeated requests. It is not a plain-text IP address in our signup records. Email and consent records are retained to deliver your requested resources and respect your choices; unsubscribing stops future messages but does not erase the record of your request or opt-out.

Change your mind anytime

Every email includes an unsubscribe link that stops both the series and program notices. The fifth support email includes a link to manage the waiting-list choice. For access, correction or deletion requests, reply to the sender address shown in your email. Do not include sensitive clinical information.

A safer way to receive help

Use an email account and device that are safe for you. If email is not suitable, the PDF is available directly without submitting the form. This website and automated emails are not a monitored crisis service.
